PARIS, France, 25 septembre (Infosplusgabon) - Le gouvernement a présenté aux associations d’élus locaux, vendredi 22 septembre, les dispositions du projet de finances pour 2018 qui concerneront les collectivités locales. Au menu : contractualisation entre les préfets et les exécutifs locaux, plafonnement des dépenses de fonctionnement et mise en place d’un système de bonus-malus.
