Boeing 737 crashes in Cuba

LIBREVILLE, May 19 (Infosplusgabon) -  According  to  CNN,  a Boeing 737 plane crashed shortly after take off at José Martí International Airport (MAHA), Havana (Cuba) on May 18.  The aircraft reportedly carried over 100 people on board.   The flight was headed to Holguin (province in eastern Cuba).

 

 

The plane reportedly belongs to Cubana Airline - Cuba's national carrier. However, some reports indicate that the plane could have been leased from Mexican  charter company  Damojh Aerolíneas (Global Air Mexico). Another airline -  Blue Panorama  -  denies association with the accident, according to Flightradar24.

 

Three people have survived the accident, but are in critical condition.
